RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. As a supplier of bespoke school leavers’ hoodies and personalised school clothing, we take pride in producing high-quality, made-to-order garments. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Made-to-Order & Personalised Items
All of our products are custom-made and personalised to your specifications (including names, initials, school names, and designs).
Because of this, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or customised goods are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will offer a replacement or refund if:
• The item is faulty or defective.
• The item is damaged upon arrival.
• The item received is incorrect (not as per your order confirmation).
What to do:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs showing the issue
Once reviewed, we will:
• Offer a replacement, or
• Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
• We may request the item to be returned before processing.
3. Sizing & Order Accuracy
As all items are made to order:
It is the customer’s responsibility to check sizing carefully before ordering
Size guides are provided to help you choose the correct fit
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
• Incorrect sizes ordered.
• Spelling mistakes or incorrect personalisation submitted by the customer.
Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
4. Colour & Design Variations
While we aim to represent colours and designs as accurately as possible:
• Slight variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.
• These are not considered faults.
5. Order Cancellations & Amendments
• Orders may only be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of placing the order.
• After this time, production may have begun and changes may not be possible.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear in your account.
7. Return Shipping (If Applicable)
If a return is required due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover return postage.
For any agreed discretionary returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
