SHIPPING POLICY

1. Overview

We aim to deliver all orders efficiently and securely across the United Kingdom.

All items are made-to-order, so shipping times include both production and delivery.

 

2. Processing & Production Times

Orders enter production only after payment and design approval

Typical production time: 3-5 working days.

Large school or group orders may take longer

You’ll be notified once your order is ready for dispatch.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use trusted UK courier services to deliver your order.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days.

  • Express Delivery (if offered): 1–2 working days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size

  • Delivery location

  • Service selected

  • Free delivery may be offered on large school/group orders where agreed.

 

5. Group & School Orders

For bulk school orders:

  • Items may be delivered to a single address (e.g. school or organiser)

  • It is the organiser’s responsibility to distribute items

  • We strongly recommend appointing one point of contact to avoid confusion.

 

6. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

 

7. Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues

  • High demand (especially peak leavers season)

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • We are not liable for delays outside our control, but we’ll always keep you informed.

 

8. Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses

If an order is returned to us:

  • Re-delivery charges may apply

 

9. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

We will:

  • Investigate with the courier

  • Arrange a replacement or resolution where appropriate.

 

10. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photographic evidence

  • We will arrange a replacement where necessary.

 

11. International Shipping (if applicable)

Currently, we ship within the UK only
