2. Products

All products sold are custom-made and personalised, including but not limited to:

• School leavers hoodies

• Custom clothing

• Personalised accessories

Because items are made to order, design approval is final once production begins.

3. Ordering Process

Orders must be checked carefully before submission.

You are responsible for ensuring all spelling, names, colours, and sizes are correct.

Once artwork/mock-ups or online orders are approved, no further changes can be made.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payment via cards and PayPal.

Failure to pay may result in delays or cancellation.

5. Design & Personalisation

Customers must approve final designs before production.

Colours shown on screen may vary slightly from the finished product.

We are not responsible for errors once designs are approved.

We reserve the right to refuse designs that are offensive, inappropriate, or infringe copyright.

6. Production & Delivery

Production typically takes 3-5 days from design approval and payment.

Delivery takes 2-4 days times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

Risk passes to you once goods are delivered.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

No refunds or returns are accepted unless items are faulty or incorrect.

If there is an issue, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographic evidence before offering a replacement or refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is:

• Faulty

• Damaged

• Incorrect (not matching approved design)

We will:

• Replace the item, or

• Offer a refund where appropriate

• This is at our discretion after assessment.

9. Sizing

Size guides are provided where possible.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing choices made by customers.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content remain the property of mm-schoolwear unless otherwise agreed.

You must have permission to use any logos, names, or designs submitted to us.

We accept no liability for copyright infringement.

11. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Delays outside our control

• Minor variations in colour or design

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order.

12. Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR.

Your information will only be used to process your order and will not be shared unlawfully.

13. Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

If cancellation is requested before production, an admin/design fee may be deducted.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters

• Supply chain disruptions

• Strikes or industrial action

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
